Sparkling Waters rental is a charming and well-maintained bungalow cottage located in the beautiful Bracebridge area on the most secluded part of Bird Lake, offering a tranquil and quiet escape. Even on the busiest weekends, there is minimal motorized boat traffic, ensuring a peaceful environment. The property boasts excellent fishing, right off the beach, perfect for fishing enthusiasts.
With its sparkling waters and gentle access to the water, this property is perfect for those seeking a relaxing waterfront lifestyle and for young children.
This property is surrounded by lush trees, offering excellent privacy. A southern exposure that provides abundant sunshine throughout the day.
Dogs are welcome up to 25lbs. No other animals are permitted. There will be a $50 cleaning fee applied to ensure that the property is kept to the highest cleaning standard.
The cottage features three spacious bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms, providing ample space for you and your loved ones. The open layout creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, with plenty of natural light flowing through the cottage.
Gaze out to the waterfront from the sitting room with 4 large windows and a sliding glass door that opens to the front deck. In this room, you will enjoy the sunset, gentle breezes and the tranquility of nature. Best of all, it will be a bug free experience . Start your day in this sitting room with a coffee in hand gazing out at the calm waters and watching a silent paddler glide past.

For those who love to cook outdoors, there is a convenient BBQ area where you can whip up delicious meals while enjoying the fresh air.
The property also features a top-of-the-line 3-stage water filtration system, providing pristine, clean drinking water.
Bird Lake is great for paddle boating, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, canoeing and good Bass fishing.

We loved staying here! If you are very outdoorsy this place is for you. We had everything we needed to have a fun stay on the lake. It’s on the secluded end of the lake and very far out from the road and town but that was the point for us. There are cottages on either side but the trees make it private. It’s a nicely kept up cottage with updated bathrooms. Of course there were lots of bugs in July. I grew up going to my grandparents cottage up north in Michigan and it definitely gave me such homey nostalgic vibes just like their old place. We’ll hopefully be back!
